SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All products at RubyIdeas are made on demand. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and supplier:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 4–13 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom & Europe: 7–36 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–36 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Multiple Shipments As our products are fulfilled by different print-on-demand suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple separate shipments with individual tracking numbers. This is normal and there is no additional charge.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@rubyideas.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
