Refund & Returns Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: As our products are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defective item
Wrong Address We are not responsible for shipping to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Lost Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
