Option 1 — Bulk Personalised Orders

Available on products from our Personalisations collection. Choose from two approaches:

• Same personalisation on every item — ideal for clubs, teams or events where everyone gets the same design, logo or text.
• Individual personalisation per item — each item features a different name, photo or text. Perfect for personalised gifts or team kits.

Minimum order: 5 items. Size and colour variations can be specified per item in your enquiry.

Option 2 — Bulk Standard Orders

Any product across the RubyIdeas range can be ordered in bulk as-is (no personalisation). Great for clubs, workplaces or events wanting quality apparel in volume.

Minimum order: 5 items. Please specify your size and colour breakdown when enquiring.

How It Works

1. Submit your enquiry — fill in the form.
2. We’ll send you a quote within 1–2 business days, including product pricing, personalisation costs and shipping.
3. Approve your quote — once you’re happy, we’ll send a secure payment link by email.
4. Pay securely online — payment is processed under the nominated contact’s RubyIdeas account.
5. We handle production — your order is printed on demand and dispatched. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be confirmed in your quote.
